You have absolutely no way to reliably measure it. Are we profitable? Is that profit cash? (Oh waitttt…there’s a difference?) And sometimes measurement systems are highly flawed — remember when you just started lifting and your squat nearly doubled each month, so by now you should be squatting 10,000lbs or more? Exactly. The key is *reliably* measuring. 🌡 – Yes, planning can be more boring than watching someone read their PowerPoint slides word for word…but the results can be exciting AF! 🔥🔥🔥

Women certainly face unique health challenges (my grandmother is a breast cancer survivor), but we men have ours too. THE PROBLEM IS DUDES BUY INTO “THE HERO WITHOUT FRIENDS” MYTH. — We’re raised to believe we ought to be entirely self-sufficient and, while that may be true for boiling rice (if you’re lucky), it is not true for medicine! — We need to get screened and have regular physicals…even if that means undesired butt stuff. 👆🍑 — But the best thing you can do for male health is 1) Exercise (duh!), and 2) Stop being a “hero without friends.” Loneliness and stress are killers and that super-alpha lone wolf sh*t will kill you! — Be a hero with friends and tag a friend who needs to get his 🍑 to the gym…or doctor! 😳
