Nothing scientific; just a change of pace that seems to be working, but also #science. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”¬ LOL β€” Working out fasted was tough at first but I actually feel like I have MORE energy in each workout now that I’ve acclimated. Maybe some @orihofmekler #warriordiet science there? βš”οΈ β€” Also interesting on the #powerlifting front is that my #benchpress has actually gone UP as my weight has gone DOWN.
