Starting to see progress from losing 20lbs (details below)…and of course #chiropracticlighting. 😬 — (…and making property improvements for @roryadele — I was 🤰 #manpreggers 😂) — I have been fasting for the most part 20-24 hours at a clip and actually lifting less. Nothing scientific; just a change of pace that seems to be working, but also #science. 👨‍🔬 LOL — Working out fasted was tough at first but I actually feel like I have MORE energy in each workout now that I’ve acclimated. Maybe some @orihofmekler #warriordiet science there? ⚔️ — Also interesting on the #powerlifting front is that my #benchpress has actually gone UP as my weight has gone DOWN. That’s a first too. 🤔 — Let’s see how long I can ride this experiment…. and hopefully get some sleep to make sure it’s #fatloss per @dr.eddiejo 😴 — #fitness #fitfam #nutrition #weightloss #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #workout
