It’s a primal survival skill. – The problem is that it’s also the greatest threat to survival when it goes sideways. – When people are in the throes of #depression it’s their entire focus. – When #suicide becomes the answer, as it alarmingly grows as the 2nd leading cause of death for men under 50, it’s all they see. – Implications? Start a #gratitude practice. NOW. – Don’t wait until you need medical help for depression or suicidal ideation. Even if everything is peachy, this will only enhance your life. – It’s easy: Just ask yourself “What’s right?” – Your immediate thoughts may reject the presupposition of this question and say nothing…and that’s when you keep asking. – Something is right.
