I was going to post my #topnine of 2018, but seriously, what a year. And those top pictures or moments can sure be deceiving! — For me 2018 was more downs than ups including deaths in my immediate family; heart stuff; visits to the ER; a parasite; business setbacks — the list goes on. But you know what? I’M STILL HERE M*THERF*CKER! …AND SO ARE YOU!! — So what’s my plan for 2019? A steady, #relentless march forward, whistling as much as I can along the way. (My grandfather, RIP, was a master at this and wouldn’t want it any other way.) — You can’t control your luck, but you can always control your forward momentum (RELENTLESSNESS — not resilience) AND your internal environment (happiness isn’t a “choice,” as many erroneously say, but COMPOSURE is). — So here I find myself wrapping up this challenging year with my favorite person, at my favorite place, after doing my favorite thing. (You and your dirty mind — I meant a workout!) — Wishing you composure and relentlessness in 2019! — “Stop being resilient. Be relentless.”

So what’s my plan for 2019? A steady, #relentless march forward, whistling as much as I can along the way. (My grandfather, RIP, was a master at this and wouldn’t want it any other way.)

Wishing you composure and relentlessness in 2019!
