What Continuum Club was
Continuum, widely referred to as Continuum Club, was a members-only wellness club in Manhattan’s West Village, founded in 2024 by Jeff Halevy, who served as its Founder and CEO (PR Newswire, 2025). The club combined biometric testing, AI-driven programming and expert coaching with training and recovery services under one roof (Athletech News, 2025). Halevy described it to the New York Post as “a single source of truth and execution, a fully integrated precision wellness club” (New York Post, 2026).
The building: 676 Greenwich Street
The flagship occupied 25,000 square feet inside The Archive Building (666 Greenwich Street), a Romanesque Revival landmark on Greenwich Street (Curbed, 2024; Fortune, 2024). Its listed address was 676 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10014 (LinkedIn company page). Training facilities were upstairs and recovery facilities downstairs (New York Post, 2026).

Inside the club
New members began with a comprehensive assessment that included blood work, sleep analysis, a DEXA body-composition scan, a movement screen and VO2 max testing (Athletech News). The results fed a “digital twin” that members accessed through an app (Athletech News), later presented as The Orb (PR Newswire, 2025). Facilities included a training floor, a hyperbaric chamber, a sensory-deprivation float tank, a red light bed, sauna and cold plunge, plus a member lounge (New York Post; Athletech News).
The founder
Jeff Halevy, a former health correspondent on NBC’s TODAY Show and host of Workout from Within with Jeff Halevy, founded and exited Apex Human Performance and Altis before launching Continuum in 2024 (PR Newswire, 2025). He built the company around the belief that “the practice of wellness should be as precise, personalized, and intentional as the practice of medicine” (LinkedIn, 2026).
